Terms of service of CloudTeam (cloudteam.global)

Effective date: october 10, 2025.

TL;DR (≈1 minute)
These are the terms and conditions of the CloudTeam information service available at cloudteam.global. We do not conduct online sales, register accounts, offer newsletters or commentary/forums. The "Request a Quote / Contract Demo" form is for contact purposes only - commercial terms and agreements for our products and training are determined outside the service (in the order/MSA/contract). Privacy and cookies are governed by the Privacy Policy. Please direct complaints/notifications to support@cloudteam.pl.

2) Scope and nature of the service

1. The cloudteam.global service is informational in nature and presents the offer and enables you to contact CloudTeam (among others through the "Request an offer / Contract demo" form ).

2. We do not conclude sales/service contracts on the site; we do not run account registration, newsletter, chat, forums or comment system.

3. Commercial terms and conditions for our products and services (including training and SaaS solutions such as Credentium, Examena, Erudis, CloudLabs) are defined in separate documents (e.g., Order/MSA/ToS/DPA) specific to the service - these Terms and Conditions do not replace them.

4. Use of the contact forms constitutes a free service provided electronically within the meaning of the TOSA (maintained by us in the EU).

3) Technical requirements and rules of use

1. A device with Internet access, a current web browser, JavaScript enabled and (optionally) cookies necessary for the website to function properly are required.

2. It is forbidden to provide unlawful content and to take actions that may interfere with the operation of the service or compromise the security of other users (e.g. automation scripts, scanning, attempts to bypass security, injection of malicious code).

3. The service may contain third-party embeddings (e.g. maps, videos). The terms and conditions of their use are determined by the providers of these features. For details on privacy and cookies, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

4) Content and intellectual property

1. The content of the service (texts, graphics, layout, trademarks) is protected by law and is the property of CloudTeam or licensors.

2. Private viewing of the service and quoting with citation of the source within the scope of permitted use is permitted. Any other use (including copying larger excerpts, modification, public distribution) requires our prior permission.

3. The materials and information on the site are of a general and informational nature; they do not constitute legal/technical/medical advice or an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

5) Conclusion and termination of e-service provision

1. The e-service contract for the provision of the site and the contact form is concluded from the moment the user starts using the site/form and is provided free of charge and until the user terminates use.

2. The User may terminate use at any time (including deleting or blocking cookies in the browser).

3. For valid reasons (e.g. security breaches, unlawful activities), we may temporarily restrict access or block access to the service - to the extent permitted by law.

6) Complaints about the service

1. Complaints about the functioning of the service and services provided electronically may be submitted to: support@cloudteam.pl.

2. The notification should include at least: description of the problem, date/time, URL, contact information and, if possible, a screenshot/console error.

3. We will respond without undue delay; in the case of consumers, no later than 14 days from receipt of the complaint.

4. The complaint procedure applies only to services provided as part of the service (not to services/products covered by separate contracts/ToS).

7) Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every hardware/software configuration.

2. B2B: our aggregate liability for providing the information service is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to actual and direct damages; we exclude liability for lost profits, data, reputation, business interruption and indirect damages.

3. Consumers / entrepreneur on consumer rights: these Terms and Conditions do not limit your statutory rights. Limitations of liability do not apply in cases where exclusion or limitation of liability is impermissible (e.g. personal injury, intentional fault).

8) Privacy and cookies

1. The rules for the processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy available on the site.

2. We maintain an up-to-date list of subcontractors (sub-processors) on CloudTeam's legal website.

9) Changes to the Terms and Conditions

1. We may update the Terms of Service if, among other things, there are changes in the law, the functions of the service, or identifying information.

2. We will inform you of significant changes in a prominent place on the service. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes implies acceptance of the new wording of the Terms of Service.

3. We will apply the appropriate information measures provided by law in long-lasting relations and with consumers.

10) Applicable law and jurisdiction

1. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law (subject to the mandatory provisions of the law applicable to the consumer).

2. Disputes arising from the use of the Service will be resolved by Polish courts having jurisdiction over CloudTeam's registered office, subject to the jurisdiction of consumer courts arising under the law.

11) Final provisions

1. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of any of the provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

2. The headings are of an orderly nature.

3. In matters not regulated, in particular, the following shall apply: Civil Code, the Law on Provision of Electronic Services, the Law on Consumer Rights and the Law on Electronic Communications - to the extent applicable.

4. These Regulations do not constitute an offer or commercial assurance within the meaning of the Civil Code.
